Paid plan but site still mentions i'm on the free plan

    Hi, in may 2019 i paid $300 for the business plan.
    Now we have problems with domain mapping; and noticed that we’re apparently on a free plan.

    Where can we reach out to wordpress.com employees? Cause in fact, as Business plan holder, there’s chat included. Can’t find that…

    I checked your account and both the Business Plan an mapping subscriptions were deactivated. Did you happen to cancel the subscriptions? Please confirm and I will reactivate them for you.

    Thanks for the fast reply. Yes, you can reactivate this.

    But we’re pretty sure that we didn’t cancelled this. Since we noticed that our website was down, we tried to login on wordpress.com and noticed the language was set in Russian language; we are dutch.
    That is strange.

    We already changed our password.
    Can you see when exact the cancellation happened? And can you ‘scan’ our account on other strange issues?

  • daviddhulst removed the upgrades from the account on Sept 22nd. In addition to changing your WordPress.com password I suggest that you enable 2 factor authentication. It’s advised to also set that up on your email client. It affords another layer of protection to your online accounts.
