Paid plan email changed and credit card deleted/added – now account is gone.

I am a paid account, but it was recently refunded, put on a different card, and then my admin email changed, but not verified (maybe?)
WORDPRESS won’t give me a real human because they think my account isn’t paid, but it is, I just can’t get into it.
PLEASE HELP! Is there any way to get a real rep on the chat? AI has gotten into a feedback loop.
