  Can I have multiple domains on a paid plan? Or I have to pay to each one in order to be able to build them and get them going?

  You can have multiple domains on your paid plan, yes. If you upgrade to any of the plans we show here, one domain is included for free (for the first year) https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  For any other domains you wish to add, we do charge per domain for each one, based on the pricing you see here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/
