  This is the error message I get everytime I try to upgrade my account: https://wordpress.com/plans/designmyweddingsite.wordpress.com?ref=odie&help-center=wapuu

  It is really frustrating as I want to upgrade my site and recover it to how it once looked. I am unable to speak to a human agent as its currently a ‘free’ site but i am unable to upgrade the plan so i need help with troubleshooting asap
