  Hello,

  I had a website with you – Design My Wedding but I cancelled the paid annual subscription a few years ago. I have just seen that I’m able to see some parts of the website but it needs to be recovered as its showing a very old version. I tried upgrading my site but an error message shows saying: you are not authorized to view this page. Also, my website says ‘private’ so i have limited options on how i can recover the site and upgrade it and get it back to its old state.

  Please help me to recover my site and get it back to how it once was.
