Paid Premium account benefits

  I have a paid Premium account for $99, yet I am not getting all the benefits of this Premium account. The site keeps telling me to “UPGRADE.” How can I be sure I am getting what I paid for?

  I’m seeing WordPress.com Premium as being purchased for http://cmetzdesigns.wordpress.com/. You have more than one WordPress.com site however, so can I double check that http://cmetzdesigns.wordpress.com/ is the one you wanted to apply the Premium upgrade to?

  What specific thing are you trying to do when you are getting the “upgrade” message? Insert come custom CSS? Register a domain name? etc
