paid product no longer available

    Hey guys, I paid wordpress to have your services but I didn’t like it, I cancelled my product hoping to get a refund but that was a couple of days after the 14-day period to be refunded. The problem is that I don’t have anymore the product that I paid for nor a refund (which I understand it’s not the case due to the 14-day period). So if I can’t be refunded at least I should still have my product
