Paid Theme Upload Error

  Every time I attempt to download the Nisarg Pro theme I just bought I encounter this error message and I don’t know what to do. I looked up trouble shooting and the only options I’ve seen are to access the hPanel/cPanel for the website but I do not have access to the cPanel. The pop up says ‘The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.’ Can anyone help me?

  You will need a paid Business or eCommerce plan to use third-party themes here: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  With that said, we do have hundreds of themes available, no paid plan required: https://wordpress.com/themes

  It just seems like it is a file size error. Are you sure I can’t just change the file upload amount?

  I don’t believe I have an Ecommerce or Business account for this website. I am currently using the free version of the Nisarg theme. I wanted more customization options so I bought the pro version. It is from the third party falguni themes – the free version I could access through wordpress.org themes so I don’t know why I wouldn’t be able to upgrade?

  I am using the wordpress editor through my Hosting control panel (cPanel). Could that have something to do with the issue?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
