I believe I have gone through the steps for canceling my domain and plan, but have not received confirmation. I would greatly appreciate your response.

Hi there,
I can confirm that your domain has been cancelled and your site deleted. However, your refund has not been issued as refunds for automatic renewals are not automatic.
I have issued it now. You should receive it in about 10 business days, depending on your bank. You can view a receipt for the refund here:
