  Hi there,

  All threads in this forum are answered by real people.

  However, there’s no such thing as a paid WordPress app. The only apps that are allowed to use the word “WordPress” in their name are the mobile and desktop apps listed at https://apps.wordpress.com/, and those apps are all free to download and use.

  Please provide more information exactly what you need help with. Also please include a link to your site, as the account you’re using to post here has never owned any sites on WordPress.com, nor have you ever purchased any upgrades from us using this account.
