Paragraph Blocks missing

    Why do some paragraphs allow for block editing. The block does not appear on my 1st article ‘Lana Gef’. How do I fix this error. WordPress is unusable after this is hacked. Be aware of the son of Tramaine Murray upstairs from me. He has hacked WordPress.
