parent page menu incomplete for add page in misty lake theme

  I need to put a new page under another page, but the parent page menu is woefully incomplete.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  I’m not sure what you mean by “incomplete.” You only have one parent static page, “About.” If you want additional parent pages, you can either modify the hierarchy of the pages, or use a custom menu.
