Parked domain

  I registered this domain nparents.com but then I canceled it because I wanted to use plan to get the free domain thing. But now I can’t get that domain because it is parked.

  Hi there,

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. You should only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.

  If you’d bought the domain and then decided you wanted to upgrade to a plan instead, you could have just contacted us after buying the plan, and we would have refunded the domain for you.

  I see you have since bought a plan and registered a different domain, n-parents.com. If you still want nparents.com as well, let me know and I’ll send a link to pay for it again so I can restore it to your account. Or else if you just wait a few days, it should become available again so you can buy it again as a new domain.
