  Why is my domain parked

  Correct account: Yes

  Really sorry that your domain is parked. It is possible that may be parked because it has expired.

  Yes I transferred my domain now it’s parked I originally purchased the domain from go daddy seems they transferred my domain to you all and I have no access to it

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of the domain, myholisticuniverse.com?

  I can see that domain was transferred to us yesterday, but then your account cancelled the domain, along with the Personal Plan on your site, an hour later. We also issued you a full refund for the Personal Plan, and sent you an email to notify you of the domain cancellation.

  You also completely deleted your site, which has since been restored via a different support request.

  If you still want to use that domain on WordPress.com, please go to My Site ->Plans and upgrade to a new paid plan. Let me know here once you’ve done that, and I can restore the domain to your account.
