Parked Domain name

  Hi there
  I bought the domain http://www.bartydearden.co.uk through WordPress but was unable to build the website myself. I now have someone doing it for me but not using wordpress. It appears the domain name is parked by WordPress. How do I go about ‘unparking’ it, please?

  Hi there,

  I can restore the domain for you, but it is connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. Is it connected to the account of the person who is helping you? If so, they will need to post in this thread from their account for me to proceed with the restoration.

  The site connected to the domain is deleted, so they will need to ask for that to be undeleted as well in order to attach the domain to a site. The domain has to be connected to a site under the WordPress.com account.

  Also, the subscriptions will need to be repurchased since they were refunded back to you when you canceled your account.

  Thanks for responding!
  The wordpress account I used to set this up on was another email address I had: (email visible only to moderators and staff). But I can’t log in on that as it says it doesn’t recognise it and can’t set up a new account with that emails address as it says its taken! Its very annoying. Feels like I’m double locked out?
  Can you free up that email address so I can log in?
