    Hello,
    we manage two blogs from our account, aguinternational and lifeatagu.
    We had purchased premium accounts for both, which recently expired.
    As we understood, expired premium accounts revert back to the basic package. Therefore both should now be accessible via aguinternational.wordpress.com and lifeatagu.wordpress.com respectively.
    While we are able to view aguinternational.wordpress.com without issue, we are unable to type lifeatagu.wordpress.com in our internet browser bar without it automatically changing to lifeatagu.com, where we reach the ‘Domain Parked’ page.
    Could you please assist us in this issue and make the URL lifeatagu.wordpress.com accessible again?

    Hi there,

    I can view https://lifeatagu.wordpress.com/ without any problems.

    If you’re being redirected to the custom domain, it’s most likely your browser cache doing it, so please check if clearing the browser cache makes any difference to this.
