Partial Refund

I just cancelled a premium upgrade within an hour of opening it hoping to get a full refund but instead it stated I would only be refunded £63 out of the £85. Now it clearly states on your website that a full refund can be received if cancelled in 48 hours for Domains and 30 days for the Premium plan. What actually concerns me the most is that there are several forums surrounding this and yet it’s still not fixed? So there are users out there that potentially don’t contact support and just accept the partial refund, maybe assuming that they have missed something in the Terms and Conditions. I wouldn’t consider this best practice for a large company and would have assumed this problem or ‘glitch’ as I’ve seen it called in other forums, should have been sorted by now so that users aren’t robbed of a full refund.
Can you please let me know how I access a full refund and confirm that the problem has now been fully rectified for future users?

Do you intend to keep the domain URL and use it on another site?

  • Hey there,

There is a glitch that prevented our system from refunding you the full amount – sorry for the inconvenience.

However, I have refunded the remaining charge back to you.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!
