Partial refund

  I canceled my Starter plan that charged my account $63.96 but received only a partial refund of $45.96. Where did the $18 go and how can I get it back?

  Hi there,

  We have a different refund period for domains than for plans, so the reason for the partial refund is because the domain ($18) included in the plan was beyond the refund period, but the Starter Plan itself (the remaining funds) were eligible for a refund.

  However, upon closer inspection, I see you started but did not actually finalize the transfer of zoegarxia.com to your WordPress.com account. I can confirm it is still registered at GoDaddy as you can see here: https://gwhois.org/zoegarxia.com+dns

  Since there is no domain under your account here, I have manually refunded the remaining $18. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
