I can’t change my site without the password. I have requested several password resets and am not receiving any of them via email. I have checked spam and all of my email addresses but I am getting nothing. Help

Which site are you referring to?
Your username is linked to https://thewonderloft.wordpress.com/
However the software says http://angelajoynerdotcom.wordpress.com/
The email will be sent the email address entered here https://wordpress.com/me/account for the relevant username account ie. the one that registered the site in question.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.

Which site are you trying to access? This account’s password has been changed 3 times in the past 11 hours, but the fact that you can post here means you’re already logged in.
If you’re trying to log into your self-hosted site, http://angelajoyner.com/, our password reset options won’t work. That site’s password is stored in its own database, and we have no access to it.
