  Hello. I have a wordpress account and when I click on that I forgot my password, it asks my email which I put in, and it says it has sent, but it hasn’t sent. I have done this over the last few weeks a LOT. I never receive an email. The PW that I have isn’t working.

  Have you tried looking in your email’s Spam Folder? I’ve also added the modlook tag to this thread so the staff can further assist you.

  Hi allfortony,

  Which account do you need to reset the password for? Please also check your spam folder as assadaboultaif suggested — sometimes the password reset emails can go there.

  Let me know how you get on.
