  I was recently notified that my password had been compromised and my two sites were now down awaiting new passwords. How do I do that? I cannot find the link to get to where I can change my passwords.

  What are the links of the sites you need help with, please?

  I think you might be speaking of sites using the open source WordPress software, as on WordPress.com we never take a site offline in the case of a forced password reset.
