  I want to re-use an old password I already used, why is it forbidden ?
  I use a password manager, safety of my password is of my own problem.
  if 350E9 tries/sec is possible, just wait 1s to acknowledge password, right or wrong (1E9 sec is more than 30 years).

  Hi there,

  It is not possible to re-use previously used passwords on WordPress.com. This is a security best practice followed by many websites, including us.
