  I have problem receiving my email which i can change the password. not sure why?

  Which password are you trying to change? For which site/account?

  No email is required to change the password for a WordPress.com username account. You can do that from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/security/, and it looks like you’ve done that four times already in the past 12 hours for the account you’re using to post here.
