Hi. I have not been able to login to finish a site my husband and I had someone build for us for 3 years ago. I got sick as they were building and have not had the login information to complete it for 3 years now. I am trying to login. The user name I have, and when I asked for a password reset, it sends it to an email, but none of the emails I own get a message from WordPress. Please help.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with Hostgator, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
