Password and email is not working

  Hi,
  I am not able to connect to wp-admin, the login is saying that the password is not correct, but I did not change it.. and when I am trying to reset my password it says that the email address does not exist for any user (which is impossible, I did not change the email address either) and when I am trying to reset it via user name (administrator) it says that wordpress can not send the email.
  Can you please help me?
