Password email

Hello,
I did just enable all of my security authentication for the first time after receiving an email that my password was changed. I want to reach out regarding that email to make sure that my site is in good health and nothing has been hacked. The email was sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) from (email visible only to moderators and staff) at 11:36AM today, the Subject says ‘Password Changed’ and the body of the email says ‘ Password changed for user: sdn_vrkteqgvwgtd’ This was not me that changed my password, please advise me on how to respond to this.
