Password lost and mail server deleted

Hello, I write from Spain, then excuse my english.
I have a friend (wordpress user “eltengo”) that he writes in my page but he doesn’t remember the password of his account. He has reset the password in the wordpress page to set a new password, but he can’t read the mail that he had in the profil of wordpress because the site where he had the mail registered has been eliminated (www.ozu.es) and now it is impossible to enter to read the mail.I’m the administrator of the page where he writes. What can we do to recovery the possibility to reset the password? Can you change the information of his profil manually to another mail? Thanks ((email visible only to moderators and staff))

Are you still able to log into the site under your own username?
If so, the simplest thing might be to have your friend create a new user account, and then you’d invite him to your site as a new user.
