Password Protect Visibility Not Working
-
Hello!
We have been using the password protected visibility option on a few of our pages and they have stopped working all of the sudden. If you enter the password it just kicks you back to the password prompt page or just goes to a blank white page. I see several other people have had this issue but no clear solution. Can anyone help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
Please try clearing your browser cache:
Let me know if that helps. Another option is to try and look at them in a different browser for testing.
Let me know if that helps.

Hi,
I have tried both clearing my browser cache and trying a different browser as well as a different device (desktop vs iphone)
Thanks

Hi there,
Of what site are you speaking, please? http://nuburunet.wordpress.com/ only has the default content that was added when you created that site.
If you’re speaking of http://www.nuburu.net/, that site is not hosted on our servers, but using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org. You can get help with that version of WordPress here:

The most likely cause is something messing with cookies in your browser. When someone enters the post password, the WordPress software places a cookie in that person’s browser which tells the site they’re allowed to view the post. If you’re blocking cookies in your browser settings, or otherwise using anti-tracking browser add-ons, that could prevent the cookie from being set and the password from working correctly.
If it’s not that either, please ask for help in the WordPress.org forums to troubleshoot this further.
