password protected sites on mobile

    hi i have a online shop i have created i can see all the pages on my laptop but when i try and access it on mobile it says its password protected when it shouldnt be i have tried all settings etc to no success

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    This means our support is limited.

    However, when looking at this site, I can see the shop. I would advise clearing the browser cache on the device to see if this fixes the issue.
