    What plan do I need to set a site username and password of my choosing and without restrictions on the length or content (capitals, special characters, etc.)?

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
