    Hello! I am somehow absolutely not able anymore to log in to my website. I should have gotten several recovery emails, however they never arrive.
    Can you please help me? I am very desperate.

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    For help gaining access you would need to contact the hosting provider globe.lu.
