Password Reset

  I got locked out of my account, the password reset option is not emailing me anything, and there is no where online to call or email anyone! Anyone have any insight into this? The only thing that came up were 3rd party companies that charge a fee to reset my password…. feeling quite frustrated right now

  Don’t worry, I’ll try and point you in the right direction. What is the address of the site you need help logging in to?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, please contact your host as the login details are hosted on their servers. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you need any further help after speaking to them.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you are unsure.
