  I was just given access to a new website I am working with, but I am having trouble reseting the password.

  Can you please tell us the address of the site you’re trying to access?

  If you’re speaking of http://www.serendipitylettering.com/ or http://www.sweetlyserendipity.com/, we can’t help you here. Those sites are not hosted on our servers, and we have no control over login details for different user accounts on those sites.

  If you’re not the site owner and you are having trouble with your login credentials on such a site, you’ll need to ask an admin to help you reset your credentials.
