    Hi, I just tried to reset my password and I never received an email. Can you help?

    Which site are you trying to work on? You’re signed in to the wandwilson user account.

    Remember that the password reset link is sent to the email address associated with the user account. Double check that you don’t have any forwards in place. Check the spam and other folders in addition to adding WordPress.com to your trusted contact list.

    Once you’ve done that, try requesting the password from a different browser to see if it comes through.
