  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Thanks for the response! Bluehost is my internet provider, which makes me realize I’ve gotten into the wrong place entirely. The url is faithfungi.com. Any more info you can give me would be great but I’m now thinking I need to go to Bluehost not WordPress to fix this.

  I’m using a different browser. my problem is unchanged. Do I need to contact Bluehost to figure this out?
