password reset emails not coming

Hi! My wordpress email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I keept trying to reset my password but it won’t send the email. I checked spam and everything and it still isn’t sending to meThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, and that’s where the reset email is also supposed to be sent from. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.

You may not be checking the correct email address. Please take a look at all your accounts. I’d also suggest clearing your browser cache and then trying again.
If this does not work you’ll need to use the account recovery form:

Hi,
Following your advice to use account recovery form, I could not provide any proof of ownership because the blog was created at 2008. It was registered on Yahoo mail and currently all data have been erased on my mail. Can someone help me for this case?
