password reset isn't working

  hi, I tried to change my password, and now both my old and new passwords aren’t working. please help!

  I have 2 WordPress logins(one for a client and one for myself) one of them is locked out because the password reset link is NOT being sent to my email address. My emails have NOT changed at all.
