Password Reset mail not getting

  Hello the password reset for /wp-admin is not working for me . I reset the password by submitting my mail but no mail i am getting. i forgot the password for admin pannel . Previous password i saved but not working

  Hi there, this site isn’t hosted on our services, so we can’t do much about the missing mail from our side. Your host can probably help, though. Please ask them to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
