Password reset not going to email tied to wordpress site

I have tried to reset a password for the wordpress backend for this site: http://parisapartmentonkleber.solidfounder.com/wp-login.php. It says check your email for link to reset but nothing comes to that email.

Hi there, the site you reference is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but is self-hosted using the software from WordPress.org, so we cannot help you here.
Check your email spam filter at your email provider to make sure it did not get caught in there.
You can also post at http://wordpress.org/support/ and they can probably give you some other methods for resetting the password.
