Password reset not responsing

    I now have 2 WordPress presences. The first I have had for a long time on mikenulty.worpress.com which is fine. Recently, I registered a domain name (www.eberno.com) with Name.com, together with a WordPress presence with the allocated user name ‘mikenulty’. I am still able to log into the first presence but when I try to long into the second the login rejects my password,. When I try to rested the password, I get no response in my email inbox ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). So I am stuck not being able to rest my password and be able to log into the second account. According to Name’s Bot (slopey shoulders) they can not give me the details. Is there anything that I can do? Thanks – Mike
