Password Rest Requests

I have gotten two notifications for password resets in the past ten minutes and neither are from me. How can I block these attempts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
Just ignore them. You don’t need to do anything. I do have a few suggestions though to increase your online security.
1. change your email password now. It should be complicated, and long, and not something guessable. So long as your email account is secure, no one can reset your account password. They need that email in order to do it. Also, consider enabling 2 factor authorization on your email account. It gives you an added level of security.
2. Add 2 factor authorization to your WordPress.com user account.
