Password to Page that can be Reset (User Perspective)

    Is it possible to password protect a page to include a one time only password that resets each time so it can only be used in specific situations?

    We want to avoid handing website access to our HR department. They have private forms they want to share with employees only at designated times. Is there a plug-in or WP code to grant this function?

    Option 1
    We considered finding a (free) plug-in that would allow us to do this. We have yet to find a viable option.

    Option 2
    I was reading about manipulating WP User Access and thought we could possibly give HR limited access to just one page (the page that hosts the information they are trying to password protect), where they can go in a manually update the password whenever they need to. We’d want it to be extremely limited access to only that page of our website.
