password under WP admin

  Hi there, I’m having problems with my login credentials. I can log into WordPress but when i select ‘WP admin’ on left it asks me for my login credentials and password etc and it doesn’t work. I have had to reset my password many times. Can you please advise? I have also tried logging in incognito on my mac. Thanks!

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using katierussoart.com/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
