password username lost

  Hi there, I’m trying to get my friend (who is older and not very computer literate, the ability to log in to her church website: http://navarrepresbyterianchurch.com
  She says the gmail account associated with it is: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and has given me the password, but using these I can’t log in. Is there a way to figure out what the username or gmail at least is? Any help is appreciated!
