Hi, I started and paid for an account last November but have had the opportunity to use it until now. WordPress recognizes my email, but not that I already have an account. What should I do next?

What is the URL of the site for which you bought upgrades? The account you’re using to post here was indeed created in November 2019, but has never created any sites or bought any upgrades from us.
You did briefly connect a self-hosted WordPress site to this account via the Jetpack plugin. That site was using a temporary domain from Bluehost at the time. Could that be the site you’re looking for? If so, you’ll need to contact Bluehost support for help, as it’s them you’ll have paid for that site.
