  Hi there, If you have requested a refund for a paid upgrade here on WordPressdotcom, you can see it in your Manage Purchases dashboard as long as you are logged in with the account that made the purchase. It can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to be returned, longer for international refunds if you are located outside the US.

  We’ve been able to process your refund now. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
