Pay for the chargeback

  Hello,
  I am getting extremely frustrated. I thought I had purchased the business package on my credit card. I have since discovered that the transaction bounced and I have no longer access to the business side of wordpress which is fine not your issue.
  I am struggling with the fact I click on the ‘pay for the chargeback’ and nothing happens, it keeps looping around and doesn’t go anywhere. I entered all my credit details again and nothing happens I can’t go anywhere and payment is not paid.
  Can someone please give me some direction.
