Pay in Full, But Card Credited Monthly?!

  Dear WordPress,

  I am interested in making a domain and plan purchase, but it doesn’t sound clear why, if I pay in full for 12 months today, will my credit card be charged monthy? Doesn’t the amount reach you once I pay for the entire year? Confused…

  Hi there,

  All payments are for a full year in advance. Renewals are yearly, but we start trying to process renewals at 11 months, so there’s time to get things fixed should a renewal fail to go through.

  If you’re not happy with your purchase we offer a full refund for 30 days, but we do not give pro-rated refunds if you cancel after 30 days.
