Paying every month for theme

  When you purchase a theme from WordPress.com like MH Theme it’s magazine theme for 50 dollars . Do you have to pay that every month or is it just a one time deal ?

  It’s a one time deal; unlike other upgrades, you don’t ever have to renew it.
