Paying for no ads but ads are appearing

  I am having problem with my site, jumpstoneblog.com. I am paying for NO ads, but ads are appearing. Also, my dashboard statistics aren’t displaying properly.

  Hi there, I’m not seeing any ads on your site. Would it be possible to upload a screenshot to help in troubleshooting?

  You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then post a link so I can see it, or let me know the file name so I can take a look.

  Sometimes, ads appear on a site that are caused by a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser. If you disable all extensions and add-ons and the ads disappear, you can then reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

  Let me know how it goes.

  Also, my dashboard statistics aren’t displaying properly.

  Would you mind describing little more the problem you’re having with your dashboard stats, and perhaps upload a screenshot so I can have a look? Do the stats load OK in a different browser? Thanks for your help.

  Hi. Thanks for the help. I reposted the problem and someone suggested that the problem might be adware on my end or the within the browser. They were right. A Facebook video explains how to eliminate the problem. I followed their advice, and the ads disappeared.

  The graphs aren’t appearing correctly on the dashboard. If I mouse over the graph area, I get the stats; but there are no bars.

  Could you please confirm what browser and version you’re using? If you’re not sure, please visit this site and tell me what it says under Web Browser: http://supportdetails.com/

  Do the stats load OK in a different browser?
